Does an American gun range have the right to exclude Muslims who are members of the Council on American-Islamic Relations because of the group’s ties to terrorism?
That question could soon have a legal answer as a Muslim has filed a discrimination suit against the owners of a gun range in Oklahoma.
A federal court dismissed the discrimination complaint by Raja’ee Fatihah against Chad and Nicole Neal, owners of Save Yourself Survival and Tactical Gun Range in Oktaha, Oklahoma. But the judge set a trial to resolve conflicting accusations.
Fatihah claims the range owners banned him because of his religion.
But the Neals claim he was banned from the range on Oct. 23, 2015, because after telling Nicole Neal he was Muslim, Fatihah “took a threatening stance, revealing his handgun to her, and recklessly created a controversy and disturbance.”
Nicole Neal claimed Fatihah had a “concealed recording device, a rifle over his shoulder, and a handgun that appeared to her to be loaded.”

Bigger question: If somebody practices Islam, should that person remain a citizen? Should foreign muzzies ever be naturalized or given permanent residency? I’d be to see a Constitutional amendment floated to answer those questions.

This is a great case to pursuit because “DISCOVERY” will not only allow for Interrogatories and Depositions, but also subpoenas for CAIR documents, local and national, as WELL AS supporting FBI/DOJ/DHS document used in the Holy Land Foundation/Fund trial.
Also Israeli documents might be admissible regarding Americans and others in the US who are funneling illegal money to Hamas, Fatah, even Hezbollah.
Even members of Congress who have been associated with CAIR/INCA membership, events, etc. could be subpoenaed, including former Rep. John Conyers Jr., perhaps former Rep. Keith Ellison (now the AG of Minnesota), Andrew Carson, and these two new women representative psychos.

I live in the Netherlands and here we have swimming hours for muslims only and stuff live that. So if that is okay, why is this a problem?
Easier to declare Islam is political movement and ban it.

In Arlington County Virginia,a moslim group demanded that the county Parks & Rec provide only male lifeguards when they used the pool for private parties. No female guards allowed while they were using the pool. Arlington County complied with their demand.
If conservatives and Christians learn to start running their businesses as private clubs they certainly have a right to exclude whomever they want. I’ve been to a bar in a dry county on a hunting trip that is run this way, they charge one or two dollars for a membership (if i recall correctly is was a lifetime membership) to make it officially a club and not legally a bar and then go about their business selling booze to members.
His behavior alone should be caused him to be banned, but that wouldn’t stop them from lying and claim it’s a religious persecution issue.

Swimming hours for Muslims only is NOT okay and shows that the Islamofication of the Dutch is proceeding apace.
EVERY anti-discrimination law that applies to private entities is unconstitutional. The first amendment guarantees our freedom of assembly. Within that right is the right to not assembly at all. Forcing someone to assemble with anyone is a violation of their rights.
In most cases discrimination is bad business. So let the market resolve the issue.
(Please note that excluding people who are commanded by their religion to kill you from your gun range is a very smart decision)
