Well, we knew that the Democratic field in 2020 was going to be crowded. It was going to be filled by everyone. From Julian Castro to Sen. Liz Warren (D-MA), Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (D-HI) to Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA), every so-called up-and-coming Democrats thinks they have a shot to take on President Trump in the next presidential election. It remains to be seen. Gabbard and Castro are lightweights with zero constituencies. Harris has a problem with the Bernie Sanders wing of the party. And Warren won’t be able to appeal to voters who aren’t super liberal and super condescending.
Oh, there are some other names too I forgot to mention: Sens. Kristen Gillibrand (D-NY) and Cory Booker (D-NJ). Booker is a discount Obama. Gillibrand is not known past the Catskill Mountains. Geographic rigidity is the characteristic here. Who knows Cory Booker outside of Jersey, specifically Newark? The only people who have national name recognition are Joe Biden, Bernie Sanders, and Hillary Clinton. Besides their combined age matching that of Methuselah, Clinton is supposedly done. Sanders might run into trouble with this past inaction on the rampant sexism and sexual harassment that infested his 2016 campaign. And Biden, well, ran twice, and lost…twice. Hey, Hillary Clinton and Biden both share that achievement. It’s a very left wing, coastal, and Northeastern pool and it could be even more radical if New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio jumps into the ring. He didn’t say he would rule it out (via Washington Times):
New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio would not rule out a 2020 run for the White House on Sunday, but he said his party could be “a lot bolder.”
“I’m focused on the job I have,” the Democratic mayor said on CNN’s “State of the Union.”
“Right now, our party is going through a serious debate, and there are still a lot of moderate voices in the party who did not learn the lessons of 2016,”Mr. de Blasio added.
He said his party should speak to working-class voters about getting them adequate health care coverage.
Oh, this tickles me. Billy, those working-class voters broke for Trump. Also, your party hates these people. They’re not educated enough. They don’t live in the areas that matter. They’re cancers in your eyes. It’s all right; I view all of liberal America as cancer. And by “a lot bolder,” you know he means a hard left turn in the likes of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. As Jay Caruso noted, if he does run, the Democrats have their Sandinista wing lined up.
The Sandinista wing of the Democratic Party wants in on 2020. https://t.co/7lutWQ3fxm— Jay Caruso (@JayCaruso) January 13, 2019

So that’s what all the crazy headline grabbing lefty BS was about.
THE ODD COUPLE---M/M DeBlob
DE BLOBBIO DESCRIBES HER AS HIS "NUMBER ONE ADVISOR" Insider buzz is that Blobbio is ruled by his wife---that the two work hand in hand to make public policy decisions. (Earlier news reports say Police Commissioner Bratton cautioned DeBlob not to bring his wife to the crucial meeting held to redress grievances of five cop unions Blobbio had slandered. Then.... boom...Bratton was ousted).
RESUME ENHANCEMENT PROGRESSIVE-STYLE During DeBlobbio's campaign, his wife Chirlane I. McCray was billed as a writer, poet, editor, communications professional, and political figure who published poetry and worked in politics for the Clintons.
THE REAL STORY Mrs DeBlobbio loudly declared her lesbianism in a magazine article---she was in a black feminist lesbian group and wrote poetry about being a lesbian. Politicker noted her husband's campaign website doesn't reference her background as an avowed lesbian and a lesbian activist or lesbian poet: It notes her affiliation with the Combahee River Collective, omitting mention of the groups lesbian roots, referencing it as "a pioneering black feminist collective."
The two met while both worked for the Dinkins campaign. She says she had a nose ring and wore African garb when he spotted her and was completely smitten. She never told him she was a lesbian. And later said after their marriage she was still attracted to women. During the mayoral campaign, she was asked about her lesbian lifestyle----she retorted she "didn't understand the question." The Blobbio's honeymooned in Communist Cuba and picked coffee beans w/ Sandinistas (then America's arch-enemies).
The New York Post ran a cartoon depicting the couple in bed, McCray on the phone telling someone, "I used to be a lesbian, but my husband, Bill de Blasio, won me over," while her husband lay beside her clad in sexy lingerie.
"Al, you're a beloved national figure. You would make a good VP."
Everybody hates Bill de Blasio.
Smokey The Bear says,
Be sure to put out all campfires with Bill de Blasios face. I hate him.
The only thing that could make this circus better is if he running against Andrew Cuomo for the Dem nomination.
Ohio? Indiana? North Carolina? Not so much.
Nope...he gets a complete pass on that.Remember,he's married to a lesbian. And a black one to boot!
That moon bat PR rep is one of his flunkies .
Warren Wilhelm is not going to get the nomination.
Comrade DumblASSio is one of the most vile, corrupt, and none-too-bright third-stringers ever to hold office. Only in NYC, where hardly anyone bothers to vote it seems, would such a piece of garbage make it. Why he is still walking around free with so many charges leveled against him is a mystery worthy of a detective novel. And don’t you love how he charges all his legal fees to taxpayer money? Or how he allows his non-elected lesbian wife to have something like 19 staff members averaging $100K/yr in salary? Or how he gave his wife hundreds of thousands of taxpayer dollars to spend on her little slush fund projects, most of them gay-oriented? Trump is a thoroughbred and DumblASSio is an ill bred mutt.
Man that is some funny chit.
