Sarah Palin made perfect sense.
The grade of her glasses is not my biggest concern.
I expect it is her best asset.
Maybe it's hard to come up with one of the top of one's head, but that ought to have been something she could do after enough preparation.
They are different because of their crazy hot scores. Sarah Palin was an often 9 on the hot scale and a 7.5 on the crazy scale landing her solidly in the date zone. Ocasio Cortez on the other hand is a solid 9 on the crazy scale and an 8 on the hot scale landing her deep in the danger zone.

you forgot the betrayal BY McCain after his failed run for the presidency. When he realized she was a more viable candidate then he was in four years the guy went about cooperating with the demacrat in having her destroyed politicly by pundits in the media and by endless lawsuits that only ended when she resigned from her governorship.
Mitt Romney and co. also worked overtime to bring Palin down.
Yes, she is a good example of the weak empty headed ignorant fools universities are churning out. Politics aside, this is a person who appears not to have any sense at all let alone common sense. In any real existential crisis she would probably not survive long even though nature gave her a survival kit between her legs. She and her ilk really cannot grasp there are times when history sends peoples or nations real challenges to live or die. She ought spend some time in Israel and have to go to Yad Vashem for a entire day each week and have to listen to representative examples of generation after generation of Israelis tell her their life story. Maybe a little light would start penetrating the kultersmog in her cranium.

It was because she was telegenic, an engaging extemporaneous speaker, and a fountain of folksy wisdom in the same vein as Samuel Clemens and Will Rogers that she became a target of destruction by the Left.
Ocasio-Cortez is popular for all the opposite reasons. To the Left, she's simply lighting in a bottle; a flash of popularity to grab onto for as long as they can benefit. To the Right, she's a symbol of how the Left props up form over substance; they won't attack her directly, but just repeat more widely the things she says for others to hear.

Palin is an American Hero who was trashed by losers in the media. Palin is still beautiful and still a winner. And yes, the media are still losers.
