If they want Dreamers getting legal status the entire $25 billion for the wall goes with it and they cannot bring in any relatives and cannot vote for a minimum of 20 years.
As for Graham bringing this up he was never the firebrand conservative he lets on to be. He was McCain’s little me-me until he assumed room temperature. He is in the pocket of the World Chamber of Commerce but has enough sense to realize Trump could cause him serious issues in a primary battle in SC next time around, thus the feint at conservatism and his behavior during Kavanaugh hearings.
