What appears to be a human foot inside a boot washed up on Jetty Island in Everett, according to police.
Beachgoers in Everett discovered what appears to be a human foot on New Years Day, authorities say.
The callers reached 911 just after 2 p.m. Tuesday to report finding a foot inside a boot on the south end of Jetty Island, according to the Everett Police Department. The boot appeared to have been in the water for some time, police said.

My knee bones connected to my shin bone, my shin bones connected to my ankle bone, my ankle bones connec...hey!

“In the past decade, 14 feet have been found in British Columbia, the Washington Post reported last year, and several others have shown up in Washington state.”
Some psycho is having fun with this.

Washington State is setting new bars for stupid. They just announced state-run universal health care in WA state this AM.
Because MassCare works like a charm.

..... LOL .... Actually it's The Kuroshio Current aka Japanese Current that carries debris such as from places like Fukashima Japan and deposits it upon the West Coast. The theory is that people lost at sea or even dumped in the ocean decompose and parts of the remains are carried by the currents and deposited on our Northwestern shores ..... especially in the Puget Sound area.
Used to scour the headlines for stuff like that. One quoted a law enforcement officer as saying “We don’t usually find boots with feet in them. We’re stumped.” A favorite on TV was a deputy talking to a reporter about a missing hiker. He said “We found clothing...human clothing.”
