In fairness to Pelosi and Schumer, that were completely unprepared to give rebuttals because nobody knew anything about the content of Trump’s address until 9:00 PM tonight.
They never need to know the content, they have a negative and untruthful response that is always used.
The fact they made the presentation was foolish. They were trying to present themselves as holding power they know they do not posess.
