I agree, they still have a long way to go before they start sending conservatives to the ovens, but then so did Hitler, at the beginning, when he was sounding like the Democrats.

I listened to his speech today. He made statements that will eventually lead to open rebellion to the Cems/Socialists/Communists that rule California due to the election laws they changed that makes it almost impossible to elect anyone other than a Democrat.
This state is totally corrupt from top to bottom. Newsome bragged about the state having a “rainy day fund.” The only reason they have any excess money is that imposed a “temporary” sales tax increase to ~ $.0825 that appears not to be so temporary.
Monies collected from the gasoline tax were shifted to the General fund and squandered leaving our roads and transportation infrastructure in a shambles. Course now we are paying extra taxes in vehicle registration fees and increased gas taxes to remedy the problem...ie we’re paying for our transportation infrastructure twice...maybe 3 tines over.....again corruption!
Sooner or later this state will explode. Newsome just may be the spark that ignites it.

Call it normalcy bias, but I don't ever see California Democrats equaling the horrors of Nazi Germany.
At the same time, I'm continually amazed at their increasing levels of sheer insanity. No sooner do I think they've finally reached peak crazy, they turn around and prove me wrong. There really appears to be no bottom to the depths of degradation they'll sink to.
In that wise, it's not at all farfetched to predict that California liberals will, at some point, begin systematically and overtly attacking the remaining conservatives in the state. I'm talking in-your-face, state sanctioned violence.

That's an astute observation.
What's most interesting, is that the left is pushing in that direction against a heavily armed population. That's suicide, unless they believe they can and will disarm those people before taking it to the final level.
