Since my original request for prayers, we are seeing progress. They trached (sp) him a few days ago.

On January 1st, he was able to breathe without the ventilator for 5 hours before getting too tired to continue. About the same time he "kicked" his daddy. Voluntary or reflex but his daddy was thrilled and hopes to be kicked again.

A few days ago, I received this encouraging update. ....
They did a small swallow evaluation today. Just a spoon with a few drops of water; he swallowed and wanted more. This means that his esophagus is capable of moving food down to his stomach. The family says this is great news and please keep the prayers coming. Also, please let everyone how very thankful they are. Lots of work to do but all these baby steps help. .... Thank you, God, for hearing our prayers. 🙏🙏🙏





More good news on the 3rd. Being in his chair is helping with his breathing. Thank you, Father.

The doctors are in agreement that Richie will never progress more than where he is right now. Probably not coming off the ventilator and the physical therapists are saying he has very little voluntary muscle movement. We believe in God’s power. We believe the power of God is above all else.
We ask that He guide Richie’s medical team.
We continue to put our faith in God as we ask for his healing embrace for Richie.
We believe in the power of prayer and thank God for his intervention in Richie’s progress.

We ask that you add Richie’s name to your prayer list and/or church prayer lists. God is listening. ....

Don’t settle, make sure he gets an Occupational Therapy and a Speech and Language therapist that specializes in swallowing. They have a fairly new camera technology for swallowing, my GD did that for her last externship.

Richie and his family have been in my prayers. Our God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Eph. 3:20).

Just Amy numerous years ago a friend’s son was in horrific car accident. 3 of the 4 boys died.

The 4th boy was supposed to die. He had so many problems that the doctors did not know where to begin. He was going to be in a coma if he survived. Then he was going to be so severely brain damaged that he was not ever going to be normal, then he was going to be paralyzed from the waist down (almost severed his spinal cord).

He spent months and months at our local trauma center and then transferred to our children’s hospital. He was walking with assistance after about 4 months.

After about 5 months his mother took him back to the ICU for a visit. The staff went crazy crying and some even praising God for his healing. The doctors were amazed at his recovery.

We had a huge group of prayer warriors that interceded on behalf of this teenager. He is now married with several children. So keep the faith, our God is an awesome God who loves us. Prayers for him, his family and the hospital staff.

Lord God and heavenly Father, All of us replying and lurking are tearing apart the roof to lower Richie through so You can show us just how powerful you are and how you are always with us no matter where we go. Thank you, Father for I know you hear us. I know you see our tears.

Father I know Richie is not the only one who has been paralyzed by these flu vaccines. Be with the families around the world who are heartbroken and glorify YOUR name and Your name alone, with their healing. You will restore!

Father, I also ask that the cause be revealed and a plan of action taken to prevent the damage.

We ask these things in the name of Jesus who heals so many. Give the command, Abba!
