That woman gave birth to a baby boy on Dec. 29. “None of the staff were aware that she was pregnant until she was pretty much giving birth,” a source familiar with the situation said... There are no American born citizens working in any medical facility in most of Arizona as far as I can see - including doctors and nurses.
This could be a setup. Suppose a woman wanted to get rid of her husband, but didn’t want the possibility of ending up in jail on murder charges. So she has oral sex and saves the specimen collected. Use your imagination on the remaining aspects of the scenario and how it was carried off. Perfect setup. Lots of DNA to work with and 9 months since the crime took place. No one would remember where they might have been 9 months earlier for an alibi. Now of course I am not saying this is the case, just an interesting thought that crossed my mind with the posts of turkey baster method of introducing pregnancy. Perhaps you creative writers can use it to write a whodoneit. 8>)

Depending on the prosecutor, he could be charged. ‘General’ consent isn’t enough, specific consent at the time is required. But the prosecutor might pass, or a judge could dismiss based on specific state law, or a jury could acquit.

They need to do a DNA check on the baby. Submitting the DNA to every possible company that they can...eventually someone will be picked up as a relative (long range, even). By starting with that person they can then track it backwards/sideways to the male who worked at the hospital and charge him.
