A $750 million defamation lawsuit filed against CBS by JonBenet Ramseys brother has been settled.

The person asked for that amount because he that the ramseys could pay it. The note had to have been written before she was killed. Not many people can sit down and write out a note like that after having just killed a little girl. No way could patsy write it if she had know Jon benet was dead. She was hysterical and would not have been calm enough to write the note.
[ a small foreign faction. ]
That always bothered me too. In reality, a small foreign faction would never write a small foreign faction.
who wrote this?
Indeed.
Exactly. Mrs. Ramsey was overheard on the phone with 911 saying to her son,”What did you do to her?”
yes i agree, the boy and his sister were probably goofing around and he used the stun gun on her. parents covered it up.
poor little girl.
I’m glad to see someone shares my thoughts. A little girl dressed up almost like a hooker. For crying out loud, she’s a little girl, she should have been treated like one, not as though she were some hot sexy young adult. In essence it’s a form of molesting.
The guilt lies with the parents, such sickness must have evolved into murdering the poor kid. Maybe there was actual physical molesting going on, such sickness knows no limits.
The creepy brother is living proof something is terribly wrong in that family.
Father
Uncles
Older brothers
Neighbors
Family friends
If I was a juror in a civil case brought by the brother I might have awarded him several million. But then, given his chutzpah in thinking that his reputation was worth $750 million I might not have awarded him anything.
The very fact that he sought $750 million makes me suspicious...but then I'm a pretty suspicious kind of guy.
You don't take a 4 or 5 year old girl and dress her up like a $10 hooker and parade her around the country. It's just not done in normal families.I'd be willing to bet everything I own that *someone* was abusing/molesting her....in fact, very possibly more than one individual.
Much like the casey Anthony case, the family all knew and are all guilty
It was the brother.
And now Boulder has legal marijuana...
Did they marry?
I agree. This kid must have been full of a jealous rage against his sister. It sounded like everything revolved around her, her looks, her talent and the all consuming beauty pageants, I doubt there was much time left for him.
For what it’s worth the DA later stated that DNA found at the crime scene removed the family members from suspicion. And then later this happened;
In 2002, the DA’s successor took over investigation of the case from the police and primarily pursued an alternative theory that an intruder had committed the killing. In 2003, trace DNA that was taken from the victim’s clothes was found to belong to an unknown male; this discovery induced the DA to send the Ramseys a letter of apology in 2008, declaring the family “completely cleared”.[8] In February 2009, the Boulder police took the case back from the DA and reopened the investigation.
There was bare ground around the house. Snow only in patches. Just saying.
The crime sceene was compromised. They can’t clear anyone.
No one in the house but John, Patsy and Burke. One in 3 chance it was him. He previously hit her in the face with a golf club and had a bad habit of smearing his feces all over her bedroom. That’s some serious hate or mental problems. Why was he up in the middle of the night eating pineapple? Was JohBenet up, too? If it wasn’t him, then he needs to speak up and name the killer.
Anyone seeing his interview on Dr. Phil saw him laugh about her death. Anyone seeing the police/child caseworker interview of him at the time saw him acting weird. He’s one freaky dude.
Speaking of weird, John dated Natalie Holloway’s mother and then married a woman who looks just like her.
