A $750 million defamation lawsuit filed against CBS by JonBenet Ramseys brother has been settled.

You’ve just strangled a kid with a garrote. Because a girl that small is hard to strangle otherwise. And her parents are asleep in bed.
You look around for paper and pen and write this long idiotic note at the kitchen table. Because your foreign faction that researched him, his company, his earlier life in Atlanta somehow forgot to come ready with a note.
Even the FBI laughed at that note. The FBI and CBI both said it was written in the house, and that mom pretty much wrote it.
This note would only make sense as a true note to a denizen of Boulder. Small foreign faction...lol. We respect your (tech) company, but not your government...ROFL
Remember when Jon Benets dad hooked up with Natalee Holloways mom? That was weird.
No way, really?
“I disagree. It was bungled by Boulder police. And I mean badly.”
Correct!
The autopsy shows that the child was murdered deliberately, not accidentally. Two potential causes of death were shown, i.e., the garrote deliberately placed around the neck and tightened to the point of asphyxiation, and a powerful blow with some blunt object that completely caved in one side of the child’s head. I can’t reconcile those facts with the idea that a murder/cover-up was committed by any member of the family.
What exactly did CBS do and how much did they have to settle for? Of course, the second question is confidential. I presume they accused Burke without using that wonderful word “alleged” in there.
I wonder how the news media will spin this to blame it on Trump?
they interviewed Burke, but the litigious Ramseys felt he was cast in a poor light.
The year before the murder, Burke “accidentally” hit JonBenet in the face with a golf club.
And foreign factions always identify themselves as foreign factions 😂
The longest ransom note in history without a kidnapping.
Yup. The rich card and the vagina card were both played on this one.
No one ever came up with my goofy theory and I will reveal it right here.
Roman Polanski.

Dont care the assh0le cant sue me hiding out in the surrender capital of the world.
Yes, I think brother intentionally bashed his younger sister, the favorite, but instead of crying and being able to escape, she was hit so hard, she lost consciousness, fell and injured her head further.
I remember that analysis from one of the tv programs.i think it was the brother.
Parents covered it up.
Awful!
I suspect either the mother or father were abusing the girl; physically or sexually and the other parent knew.
The mother or father went too far and the girl died.
Since the other parent knew about the abuse they would also be guilty.
The solution was to cover for each other.
The mothers' tears never looked real to me. I saw the same thing with Susan Smith.
Patsy Ramsey died from ovarian cancer.
Curios that she was consumed by a cancer (guilt) of her reproductive/sex organs.
Karma?
it was probably an accident....by brother....covered up because it was horrible and they didn't want to loose another kid....
Patsy I think took the brunt of the public rage but that daddy was sure quiet and unemotional....
there was talk of some kind of chronic abuse patterns youknowhere......
also many people do not know but there was a previous 911 call the night before IIRC....I think the family claimed it was accidentally made........
I do remember that on the night of the murder the brother could be heard in the background, despite the family stating he was asleep.....
the ramseys hired their own lawyer for the sole purpose of suing people if they made any public speculation or accustions against the family....
this is how the filthy rich get away with it.
I think kids should be kids, and girls should be playing with dolls at those young ages, not dressing like harlots....
I didn't think the dtr was particularly beautiful and certainly not cute...why her parents would put her thru this is beyond me....
If someone in the family wrote the note they would more than likely have asked for a more common ransom like a million dollars. The fact that someone asked for the amount of his bonus makes it likely that someone had spent time in the house and saw his financial records. The person who wrote the note was asking for a sum of money that they knew the ramseys could pay.
CBS is taking some serious hits. This and the ex exec who committed sexual harassment. Just dang! I wouldn’t want to pay their liability insurer.
Remember Elizabeth Smart who was abducted from her room late at night.
Everyone said it was Dad. There was no doubt about what a parent could do. Wrong. It was a very odd stranger who did this by quietly sneaking in and out of the house. To put it another way, it wasnt Dad at all.
That scenario makes no sense when you think about it. Your son kills your daughter and the thing you think to do is to put tape on her mouth, make and strangle her with a garrote, molest her with a paint brush and then sit down and write a 3 page ransom note.
Plus dont forget the fact that john found her body. Typical when a family member kills another family member they avoid finding the body themselves.
