Singer Selena Gomez learned firsthand about some of the horrifying atrocities of sexual trafficking during her A21 internship, Christian author Ann Voskamp revealed.
Gomez, who opened up about her volunteer work with the global anti–human trafficking nonprofit in an interview with Elle back in September, was taking notes when abolitionist Christine Caine shared of a grizzly discovery in Istanbul, Turkey.
Caine, who leads A21, explained how 30 bloated bodies of young girls were discovered in a shipping container in Istanbul, with another 28 “gasping for one breath of air that isn’t thick with the stench of rotting evil.”
She pointed out that millions of human trafficking victims are shipped in such manners around the world to be sold for sex on the streets.
“Caine tells those of us seated around this table in Greece that there would be no rescue for those 28 North African girls crawling out over bodies and this smothering premature grave,” Voskamp, who was present with Gomez and a team of abolitionists, recalled.
“There would only be police-uniformed men dragging them off to locked, windowless rooms on the back side of graffitied streets where, for 14 hell-on-earth days, none of those huddled girls would be offered any light, food, or hope — only bone-cracking beatings,” she added.

I was just thinking about posting the verses explaining that Jesus frees us slaves and breaks chains then wondered if the traffickers and participants weren’t taking their hatred of their own slavery on the girls. I wonder if they even know they are slaves, too! Satan is so deceptive.
Wouldn’t it be great if the UN, Democrats and media actually gave a damn about thes young women? Do they not because they are out of sight, black or present no political advantage in their salvation? Or all of the above?
The other day the CA sherrif said it the way it should be said. Instead of saying human trafficking he said “The trafficking of little girls for sex”. That is straight out plain talk that should be used

Great political cause. Trump cares about this. Maybe Selena Gomez can join Kanye West at a press conference and tell people that Trump isn’t actually a monster and that he’s actually doing a lot of good.
Nobody has to look any further than their own city just about anywhere in the world to know that their are sickos who do this to their own children as well as others. Pizzagate or something similar is going on all over the world. If you dont know or dont believe me I am happy for you but I know by mutual friends a couple of women that have gone through this as children, Thank God He rescued them and healed those two but they are just two of many!
Yep... our littles are literally disappearing off our streets and I can’t help but believe they are going over the Southern and Northern boarders... onto ships and planes bound for a very short life of immoral service. I pray for our littles. I pray for our leadership. I pray for the second coming of Jesus to set things straight again.
YUP! The girls that died were from North Africa. I vaguely remember the slogan held by Mrs Hussein when the girls were kidnapped by Boko Haran. A lot got done then, eh?

The fastest way to impact this is to arrest and summarily imprison the men going to these brothels. As long as men know that not much will happen to them for “simply being customers,” it won’t stop. Until the men are afraid, it won’t stop.
How hard it must be for Him to see it and not be able to return in wrath....YET. I think of Him with the children and this stuff really breaks my heart as much as pre-born sacrifice. I believe the sacrifice and trafficking are correlated in regards to social/cultural immorality.
Could be why the prison reform bill was signed into law. Making room in prisons? What’s worse than torturing a child?
