Santa Barbara County has a bunch of “non-active” voters on the roll too. Many of them were (PAST TENSE) students at UCSB.
The penalty for voter fraud must be severe and make the risk/reward high.
Old Joe Holland, the registrar of voters, sent a letter saying that if the named individual on the letter no longer lived at this address that the letter should be returned so the name could be removed from the list. C’mon how is the person who is “no longer” at the address going to respond. ROUND FILE THIS WASTE OF PAPER AND POSTAGE.
