Spent the past few days in Vermont and didn’t notice any black people. But I did notice a few BLM bumper stickers. I guess a sticker equals absolution if you’re an SJW camped out in a whitebread backwater.
I’m not sure about WV. Census is very difficult in WV. These mountains cover a lot of secrets.
Considering they only @ 500,000 people to begin with.
And my favorite bumper sticker says “ Wyoming is full, go back home”

If you dig deeper, the richest counties are nearly 100% democrat, and 100% white.
Blacks in Marquette and boatloads of Indians near Baraga and Houghton. Lovely area of Michigan, just lack of economic activity. I think that’s the way they want it up there...

Not really, Wyoming is likely only 84% due to a large number of American Indians.
Numbers 1,2 and 4 are all constitutional carry states and have VERY low crime rates.

Most Hispanics/Latinos don’t mind snow-those Pyrenees are chilly-and are Caucasian-unless our ancestors came very recently from Spain we are also mestizos, as we have Native American DNA in varying degrees, so we vary in skin, eye, hair color like any other ethnic group-from lily-white to dark olive. To complicate things further, Native Americans have mixed Caucasian genes and Asian genes -percentages vary, depending on area and tribe. I’ve read that Cherokees have the highest % of Caucasian DNA of any tribe/group. Hispanics from the Caribbean and parts of Central/South America are Black-those from the Philippines are Asian. To quote Hillary “what difference does it make?”

I live in the ME-NH-VT tristate area and it is very agreeable.
When you live with your own, political issues can be worked out among neighbors. And, it’s a very large constitutional carry zone.
