Not really, Wyoming is likely only 84% due to a large number of American Indians.

Native Americans are not a race-they are an ethnic group, just like Hispanic, German, Italian, etc-liberals would have us believe every country has a separate race-when there are only 3-Caucasian, Asian and Black-and no race has been pure for probably 10-20,000 years...

Just checked a World Almanac from a couple of years ago. It has only 2.7% American Indian for Wyoming and 92.7% white. But it has 8.6% Hispanic--so they must be subtracting the Hispanics from the "white" category (even though they always say "Hispanics may be of any race" and many of them may consider themselves white).
