An illegal immigrant is responsible for the death of police Newman Cpl. Ronil Singh in the state of California. Singh stopped the suspect Wednesday morning for a DUI, before the two engaged in a gunfight. Singh died trying to defend himself. He was just 33 years old and leaves behind a wife and 5-month-old son. The suspect had been on the run until authorities captured him just this afternoon.
Keep that context in mind as you read this tweet that was recently sent out from Rep. Ted Lieu's Twitter account. In it, he complains about President Trump's new threat to shutdown the border completely until he gets a deal out of Democrats to fund his border wall.

Fox News's Ed Henry found that message rather interesting and so posed the following prompt for the congressman.

The Department of Justice has targeted sanctuary cities since Trump was sworn into office. Last year the administration even sued California over the dangerous policy. That lawsuit was dismissed in July. Yet, the White House has threatened to withhold funding from other cities that continue to harbor illegal immigrants.
Ed Henry should ask all of the Dims:
“How high is the wall around your house & do you lock the doors to your house & why don’t you tweet out the gate code to your gated community?”
I’ve never heard any of the Dims asked these questions.
Maybe Lieu should tell Officer Singh’s family to take in a close personal illegal friend/relative of his murderer. Hey, Mollie Tibbetts’ mother is being praised to the highest for doing just that.
Lieu, like all commies, could give a rats behind when Americans are killed by illegals..all they see when they see these illegals are Democrat voters..in their mind, so what, Americans die, the bigger picture is more Democrat voters

I would love to see our President begin each press conference with a statement like this “Since our last press briefing the following homicides(or other serious crimes) have occurred: Mr Jones in Los Angeles was killed......”- Just give long list taking about 20 minutes or so, naming sanctuary locations, victims and suspect names, etc. The press would go crazier than normal.
With very rare excpetions high government officials live behind high walls. Dependent on the official the wall may well be paid for by the taxpayer. High politicians live behind walls but they did pay for them. I live in Texas. My state is rife with criminal illegal aliens. We do not have a wall on our Texas Border.
Why is my protection of no importance but we do protect high officials and politicians?

The sad truth as I see it is both Congressional Republicans who want cheap labor and Democrats who want votes are both guilty of failing the American people. What we need is a Concon to first set term limits for Congress and then continue to fix other things that they have refused to do.
