Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has been discharged from the hospital after cancer surgery, a court spokeswoman said. Ginsburg left New York's Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center on Tuesday and is now "recuperating at home," according to court spokeswoman Kathy Arberg.

Mom is a former nurse. She says even the rigors of deep sedation can leave lasting debilitating effects on someone of that age.

If RBG were in a vegetative state, the left would still have her casting votes and writing opinions on the Supreme Court.

Or brain dead.

Or dead, dead. She’s “teleworking” now for an unspecified period of time.

Sure a lot of PR about how healthy she is...

I conclude she’s on her way out and we are seeing misinformation aimed at demonrat voters to keep them on board for the next election...

I suspect gone by April or sooner

Are there any recent photos of RBG...or just the typical stock pictures?

Pneumonia. Flu. Shingles. Even the common cold can claim someone of her age and infirm condition. I wish her well, however. Very few have survived all she has been through. In particular, pancreatic cancer....

She only needs to hang on until June 2019. That’s when the “presidential race” begins and the Biden rule kicks in — no SC justice nominations until after Nov 2020 election (if Trump re-elect) or Jan 2021 (if Demon-rats steal the elections)

And we had all those statements allegedly coming from McCain during his final year on Earth.

It’s more likely we’ll be treated to stories about how she can’t wait to resume he “bad ass” work outs. Yes, they used that term to describe he gym routine. Lol. I just wish someone would sneak up behind her with an airhorne.

Democrats will vote to impeach him, drag out the Senate trial, and then claim he can’t nominate anyone to anything during that time

And the Senate majority of 53 will agree.?

In her case , a vacancy is better than her vote.

Yep...sedation effects and chest irritation (chest cold-like cough, etc) are likely her biggest struggles, right now.....considering her age.

I wish her the best, and pray she retires....very soon. ;-)

Why would anyone wish an evil person well?

"If RBG were in a vegetative state, the left would still have her casting votes..."

I'm still wondering how she voted on the Asylum decision last Friday if she's been in the hospital.
