- 14 miles of secondary wall in San Diego. Construction will start fter the first layer of secondary wall (nearing completion) is done.

- 15 miles of thirty foot primary barrier: Eleven miles in Calexico, Three miles in Tecate, One mile in Andrade. Construction for that $156 million of the project is slated to begin in July 2019.

Looks like this award is running about $10 million per mile. These locations will likely (almost certainly) be loaded with lights, cameras and alarms.

3 miles in Tecate,,
It is a start.
30 miles East of Tecate is Campo
and it is some desolate terrain.
Made just for Smuggling.

A Texas company. Good. Kalifornia threatened their own contractors if they took a contract for the wall.

It's not President Trump's border wall.

It's OUR border wall. President Trump works for us; one of the reasons we hired him is to build it.

What is damning is that Raytheon built a terrorist and refugee proof border wall around Yemen for Saudi Arabia about a decade ago ... and refuses to bid on the current US border wall project, considering it racist.

In that light, their 2005-2006 timeframe project of building the open sensor pylon wall means they’ve either:
A. done an about face on their own country’s security
B. they know such open monitored borders don’t work worth a damn and that’s why they built it.

When Raytheon built a fence around Yemen for Saudi Arabia, it was several million a mile.

Ditto the EADS project for the Saudis on the Iraqi border.
