The Supreme Court on Sunday issued a temporary halt to contempt charges brought against a mysterious foreign company. The company was having a fight over a mysterious grand jury subpoena related to the Mueller probe.
On Saturday, the foreign company filed a formal application with the Supreme Court asking them to review the case, the Washington Times reported. An Appellate Court previously ruled that the company must comply with the subpoena or they'd be held in contempt. For every week that they were held in contempt they would have to pay $5,000.
According to legal expert Steve Vladeck, this might be the first Supreme Court case that would be sealed:
Followed by double secret probation!
I bet he didn't hate Trump before he beat out Rodham Clintoon for the presidency. That hate is going to eat him up inside. -
My prediction; Justice Roberts will be impeached.
What the Hell, Mods?
I’d say no way...what is your basis for that...seems he writes laws as in making things a tax if it works out for the libs in nobama care when they even said it wasn’t to make it legal when it wasn’t??

On what grounds will a Dem House and a Rep Senate impeach Roberts?

Who thought that? Known Owned Rino.
All court cases involving grand jury subpoenas are sealed. Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 6(e)(5).
There is so little info about this case.
It appears that Mueller is again stepping out of bounds.
I look forward to seeing AAG Whitaker NOT going forward with the case. I pray he makes the correct decision.
I would love to be sure that Mueller’s days are numbered.
From what I’m seeing, this was a loss (at least for now) for the bad guys. Having Kavanaugh on there may have helped.
This is not what the Supreme Court did. They ruled in favor of the Judiciary and told DOJ that they had to wait until the courts have considered the case. The Circuit Court will have to hear the arguments and decide on the merits.
Yet there must be some legal authority that he has to answer to, right?
It can’t be like a president waiting until he’s out of office, since a USSC Justice has a lifetime appointment, right?
I mean, one would think...
