PRAY!!!!!!
Shut it down for a couple of years.
You can stand me up at the gates of Hell
But I won't back down
No I'll stand my ground, won't be turned around
And I'll keep this world from draggin' me down
Gonna stand my ground and I won't back down
I just saw that they voted no 45-44, is that right?
bump.
Good, shut it down.
If they refuse to protect US, what good are they?
Democrats will own the shut down......they are saying lets play nice and work together .....as long as it is their way.
The upper chamber of the Senate used a voice vote to pass
a deal to avoid a government shutdown, but some are still
pushing President Trump to veto the bill which doesnt
include funding for the wall.
It is a shame. Read my tag

Does well at explaining what’s going on.
Only interesting possibility I see is taking it to conference, as they usually would.
Here’s a question...
If the President of the United States can be personally sued, Can these so called “Republicans” like Jeff Flake be personally sued or charged with criminal Misrepresentation and Fraud?
They sure deserve it. Flake is fraudulently NOT representing our republican interests here in Az and grossly misrepresenting himself as a “republican”.
This vote is taking a while. Looks like a number of GOP senators are cutting deals.
Nobody will even notice if the federal government shuts down.
If you really want to have an impact on people, shut down Wal-Mart or Target for a few days ...
Build the wall or shut it down
We may not have enough republicans in the senate to pass this. s/
It’s said the game played now is more about shut down ‘hot-potato’ on who gets stuck with it once the clock runs out.
I believe the Vice President, in his role as President of the Senate, is the presiding officer and has the authority to keep them in session until the measure passes.
If it’s shut down (I hope) in the new year the new members should not be sworn in and Nazi should not be given the gavel.
Yet to vote: Paul, Risch, Feinstein, Jones, Murray, Tester, Udall, Corker, Hatch, Heller, Isakson, Kyle
It looks like closure is imminent.
It will be interesting if politically, Trump and/or Republicans can say that it was a lack of Democratic Party votes that shut down the government.
If the public can get the truth of how the Democrats will do anything, including harming the country to oppose Trump, things might change. However, the media will probably never fully explain what is going on.
