Paul Ryan's 'career' has not come to an end. While he may be gone (for now) from congress he is soon to be raking in big bucks in the DC anti Trump, anti-America community. I expect to see him all over leftist media and working with the likes of Podesta, GPS and others.
Ryan is hardly alone or unique. Many in the GOP worked behind the scenes to get Hillary elected in 2016. It wasn't about "keeping the Republican majority in Congress." It was about the fact that an establishment Republican hates an anti-establishment Republican more than he hates any Democrat.
