Any money on their site when that occurs will not be returned to you.

Why would you spread false information like that? The money will be refunded if it does not go 100% to the actual wall. Not leagal cost, not administration fees and not anything but the physical wall. If you left a tip, they would keep that. But you do not have to leave a tip, just put in 0. I did and it works.
