Judge Emmet Sullivan of the U.S. District Court in Washington ruled the harsher Justice Department policies ordered by former U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions were "arbitrary, capricious and in violation of the immigration laws."Because "it is the will of Congress — not the whims of the Executive—that determines the standard for expedited removal, the Court finds that those policies are unlawful," Sullivan wrote in his 107-page decision.
He permanently blocked the government "from continuing to apply those policies and from removing plaintiffs who are currently in the United States without first providing credible fear determinations consistent with the immigration laws," and ordered the feds "to return to the United States the plaintiffs who were unlawfully deported and to provide them with new credible fear determinations consistent with the immigration laws."
As it happens, Judge Sullivan was all over the administration*'s asylum policies long before Tuesday, when he got famous by taking three feet of skin off Michael Flynn's tail assembly. Famously, last August, when told by government lawyers that a mother and her daughter who had come here seeking asylum were already on their way back to their home country, Sullivan told the lawyers, "Turn that plane around and bring those people back to the United States."

I don’t understand how a judge can make inflammatory statements against the yet-unindicted accused and still consider himself to be impartial in the case.
This is the opposite of justice.
He got two guns to his head this week. The first from the deep state the second from our side. I’m still watching this.
It has become so that there is one way to put an end to this.
And the general killing that will come out of it wont be funny.
Jumping to conclusions is the only exercise some people get.
The judge is not saying it, and others may not want to recognize it, but, the judge seems to be on a vendetta against Trump and anything he does.
Sullivan is either an idiot or he has an ulterior motive (I wonder if he's trying to get himself off the case), but "inflammatory statements" are routine from the bench in a sentencing hearing.
How does the same judge get assigned all the cases that are anti-trump?

They walk among us as gods among mere mortals.
All these judges crave and relish their fifteen minutes of fame. Ultimately he will be overruled. The Executive establishes policy. Agitated judges and their concocted rationalizations neither reflect the will of the people, the rule of law or even the constitution.
How can one judge make immigration policy for the U.S.? Isn’t this a massive overstepping his bounds? How can he order illegals already thrown out to be returned? We cannot follow such destructive policies. Time and time past for this clown to be removed from the bench.

It was Obama’s 2014 executive decision to open asylum for reasons other than what is stated in our law. This judge is not following the law.
How much longer are we going to roll over to these activists judges?
Even if it is Congress and not the Executive, you can’t use the UN. This won’t stand. The judge has no control over this.
Saying he sold out his country and insinuating treason before he had all the facts, then had to backtrack after someone informed him he was mistaken about the timeing.
The democrats are getting ready to unleash judicial tyranny unlike anything this country has seen. As usual, the GOP will be dumbfounded.
