A federal judge blocked the Trump administrations attempts to speed up deportations for people with bogus asylum claims, ruling Wednesday that the president and his team had gone beyond what Congress intended.
Judge Emmet G. Sullivan who a day earlier had excoriated former Trump National Security Adviser Michael Flynn ordered the government to allow migrants with iffy claims to be given a full chance to make their case for asylum.
And he ordered the U.S. to un-deport plaintiffs in the case who were already ousted under the new policy, saying they deserve to be brought back and allowed to claim asylum.

For everloving God’s sake— the ones who have already been deported are to be brought back.... for ‘’’Fairness’’’!!
What is this clown drinking. NO part of this has anything to do with existing immigration law... PERIOD.

Hell, I don’t think the courts would give me the same process rights they just gave to someone in Honduras.
And I was born in Ohio.

Un-deport?? What are the mechanics of that? Go into another country, kidnap deported people, and bring them back?
Now may be a good time to start random drug testing Frederal judges.

Not some judge with an opinion of how it should be.

Da' judge has spoken. He hates YOU! He hates America.

WOW! The Deep State has gotten to Sullivan, big time! But, come to think of it, in the Senator Stevens case, the damage had already been done. Stevens was out of office and politically dead. So it cost Sullivan nothing to expose the government’s perfidy.

The rungs of this judges ladder started with Reagan, then H.W. Bush, and then Clinton.
What seems peculiar to me was the initial presentations on this by the judge, and now his presentation is totally opposite!?
I’d say the judge has been contacted by they whom we are not allowed to see.

Or he was always like that. If Clinton liked him enough to put him on the federal bench, that says quite a lot.

:: close the border for national security reasons ::
This seems the peculiar “fly in the ointment” because, once a national security emergency is declared, the courts have absolutely no power to stop it. CinC can move and direct DefFor anywhere and is NOT SUBJECT to any court action in doing so.
And, we have not yet rescinded the declaration of war made in 2002.

It's already been ruled that is illegal.

A few thousand pitchforks need to block this judges driveway.
Let us know how it goes once you get there.
