So when Thune says “there’s a billion dollars for border security” I note that he didn’t say “additional dollars” and he used the generic “border security” not wall. So I am assuming, since he’s a liar as they all are, that he’s lying. And thus I further assume that he’s talking about money that already was going to border security, like funding ICE and the Border Patrol.
