The U.S. State Department announced on Tuesday that it is pledging more than $10 billion to help strengthen the economies of Central America and Southern Mexico to stem the flow of thousands of migrants surging into the country.
“The United States pledged $5.8 billion in aid and investment Tuesday for strengthening government and economic development in Central America and another $4.8 billion in development aid for southern Mexico,” the Associated Press (AP) reported.
“The U.S aid aims to promote better security conditions and job opportunities as part of a regional plan to allow Central Americans to remain in their countries and not have to emigrate,” the AP reported.
Mexican Foreign Relation Secretary Marcelo Ebrard read the State Department announcement aloud in the Mexican capital.
“In sum, I think this is good news, very good news for Mexico,” Ebrard said in the AP report.

That will last for a year and make the politicians down there very wealthy while the people will see nothing.
10 billion would build many miles of wall and save us money on illegal wets for many years.
It is time to bombard our Senators and Congressmen/women with emails, letters and phone calls and demand that this be stopped, and not a penny to these countries until our border wall is built asap. Do we need to don red vests with MAGA on the backs and riot in the streets to make this happen? If so, I am ready. The yellow vests worked for the French and enough red vests will work for us.
I think we’ve been sold out...again.
I’d like to think that 10 Billion will save us many more billions and billions of dollars in keeping illegals happy at home and keep them from coming to the USA and costing us TRILLIONS in welfare.
I’d also like to think that Unicorns can fart out skittles and gold at the end of a rainbow.

Foreign Aid should be completely eliminated.
It supports our corrupt DC deep state. It particularly supports corrupt local leaders. It funds inefficient, wasteful projects, created by central planners, politicians, and their cronies in-country.
