Wow, I didn’t realize she was that old. Remember her on Laverne & Shirley when growing up. Stamping bottle caps on all those beer bottles.

As I recall, Tuesday nights at 8:00 PM was Happy Days, and 8:30 was Laverne and Shirley

I couldn’t remember the night of the week, but that’s what we watched when I was a kid.

To Laverne, If in heaven we don’t meet, hand in hand we’ll bear the heat. And if it ever gets too hot, Pepsi Cola hits the spot.

Dang :(

Laverne and Shirley was a favorite when I was young (unwatchable as an adult but it had a great heart).

RIP and prayers for her family — Garry who was so instrumental in 70s TV is still alive.

I’m sad that another prominent character/actress from my youth has passed.

In addition to her being Laverne (Who cracked me up as a child.) Big and A League of Their Own are two movies I will gladly join in progress on cable and enjoy over and over.

I never knew her politics, I knew that she had behavioral/mental health issues and I liked her work and performances.

All in all I would say she had a life well lived.

Thank you Laverne and may God rest your eternal soul.
