Judge Emmet Sullivan is demanding Special Counsel Robert Mueller to release the original 302 report from the Michael Flynn interrogation in January 2017.
The original 302 report is still missing! Mueller HAS NOT turned it over!

Remember -- By the time the FBI interviewed Flynn on January 24th, they already knew he had been lying to VP Pence about his dealings with Kislyak. THAT would surely have raised a giant red flag for any law enforcement agency.
Thanks for the link. After reading the article, right after it is a flashing “UPDATE” which includes the 302 Report Mueller released today. I don’t think this is anything new.
This Judge will be Scalid
Usually when a report of this type is completed by law enforcement personnel, it would be signed by the preparer. The fact that Strzok was part of this interview, and in the room at the time, he should have signed it as well, attesting to the validity of the report as written by Pientka. No where on that report is there any statement for the agents to sign their names to, attesting to the accuracy of the report, unless it's been redacted on this copy.

But the 302 becomes the record. No need for supporting evidence or notes, they can be destroyed.

The information previously released was also redacted, and the judge stated that the earlier redactions were “appropriate.”
In other words, nothing of significance has been or will be released.

As I read through it, I always come back to the same question.
Flynn was Director of DIA.
He knew his phone calls to the Russian were taped.
When the FBI guys asked him if he said this, or if he said that, why didn’t Flynn just ask them: “Well, what does your transcript say?”

302s are normally written soon after interviewing a subject. Flynn was interviewed in January but the 302 given the court was written in July.
The Judge knows, because of a reference by Mueller, that the original 302 was written in January soon after Flynn was interviewed. And he wants that one.

Read Colodny & Gettlin’s 1991 “Silent Coup” and you’ll come away persuaded that that’s exactly what happened during Watergate.
from 9 minutes 40 seconds in: FBI John Iannarelli, retired FBI agent. there’s nothing about this interview (with Flynn) that strikes me as the typical FBI interview. first, Strzok was Dep Asst Dir of the FBI. Dep Asst Directors DON’T conduct interviews. special Agents, street agents conduct interviews....that shows me that they were dealing with this outside the norm of FBI procedure.

What BS. So what guarantee is there that what is written in the 302 report is the truth? Convicts in NY State who receive disciplinary reports get a hearing with a Lieutenant or above. Those hearings are always recorded and kept for years. And there have been times when those recordings have been requested for review in a court of law. Individuals who are interviewed by detectives, may be asked to write a description of what they saw or heard in a case. Their statement is typed up, and they are given it back to look at, and sign to verify that everything in that deposition/statement is correct. Personally, I believe that since Flynn wasn't told he was a suspect, or that he was being investigated, he should have been allowed to see the notes of the interview, if not the final report, and been required to sign it to verify that everything that was in it was correct. I know...in a perfect world.

I believe your post is FAKE NEWS as the second 302 turned over by Mueller was done in February, 3 weeks after the interview and after Trump fired Flynn.

According to Breitbart, the second 302 delivered was created 3 weeks after the Flynn interview.... thus it too is a fake.
