According to Breitbart, the second 302 delivered was created 3 weeks after the Flynn interview.... thus it too is a fake.

Read the Gateway Pundit story again. They're reporting that the judge has ordered Mueller's team to turn over another document -- the "real" 302 from the January 24th interview, apparently.

He has not.

The second 302 may have been created 3 weeks after the interview, but it IS the 302 (even if it's "fake," though I don't know how anyone would know that right now) from the January 24th interview that the judge demanded.
