Judge Andrew Napolitano says President Trump could face doomsday over the various investigations surrounding him.
The Fox News senior judicial analyst gave an interview earlier on Monday in which, he rebuked Rudy Giuliani for saying that Robert Mueller will never be allowed to interview the president. Hours later, he doubled down when he joined Shepard Smith and said Mueller could end up indicting Trump over his most recent legal blow-ups.
Last week in a federal direct court here in New York City, a federal judge at the end of Michael Cohens sentencing said the president orchestrated and paid for this crime, Napolitano said.
So youre saying hes an unindicted co-conspirator, Smith asked.
Yes, Napolitano answered. Theres ample evidencethis doesnt require too much analysisto indict the president, the question is do they want to do it. The DOJ has three opinions in this: two say you cant indict a sitting president, one says you can, but all three address the problem of what do you do when the statute of limitations is about to expire? All three agree in that case you indict in secret, keep it sealed and release it the day he gets out of office.
As Napolitano continued to remark on Giulianis effort to turn the public against investigations into Trump, he argued that Giuliani is actually trying to send a message to Mueller about negotiating terms for an interview with Trump. The goal, Napolitano hypothesized, was to help Trump avoid a subpoena or a grand jury environment where he might walk into trouble.

.....more propaganda hit pieces framed and hung on FR.
WHAT ample evidence???
I think Trump could be in trouble because of the campaign finance stuff, but Napolitano has been bitter ever since Trump neglected to put him on the Supreme Court (and thank God for that).
Exactly.
Your comment made me check his bio. The guy is 68 (looks 78), and never married. I wonder if he and Shep have ever gotten it on. Oh God...just the thought of it...forget I said that.
.
He’s a troll.
Mark Stein eviscerated Napolitano during his guest hosting for Rush today.
Napolitano was shown a vanilla envelope filled with photos he could go to prison for.
I predict that Fox news viewership is in for a step decline.
Thanks for sharing that. Interesting.
He’s a fag, Jim.
His boyfriends obituary.....
James Conley Sheil
James Conley Sheil, 48, died suddenly on March 19, 2013, at his home in Little Falls, N.J.
Jim is survived by his longtime friend, Andrew Napolitano; his parents, Betsy and Harry Sheil; his siblings, Harry and Ellen Sheil, Marianne Sheil, Bonnie and David Brienza, and Brian and Susana Sheil; his grandmother, Anne Conley Funcheon; his six nieces and nephews, and a large, loving, extended family.
Any indictment of the President would have to be approved by the AG. When pigs can fly.
IBTZ
Well, what do expect from a crazed MSNBC commentator? Oh, wait. Napolitano is on Fox. Why is Napolitano on Fox?
Never Trumper Nappy should just STHU.
Actually, he’s a queer
He got suspended shortly after Trump got in and he’s been negative on Trump ever since. Not sure why FR is filled with this nonsense. Almost as bad as watching the Fake News media itself
Mark’s criticism of Judge Nap, attack on corrupt DOJ and defense of our President was brilliant ... I have never hear Mark so intense as when he went after Judge Nap. Loved it and defended POTUS.
Judge Nap has his a political agenda and is not an honest voice of law.
Oddly he is most wise on the points of law and a scholar. He does has his own political agenda that is reflected in his sayings. If it is a non political decision I would trust Judge Nap 100%. If it is political I trust him 0%.
Yet one more reason why I don’t watch Faux except when Judge Jeanine is on
