Fox' Napolitano Says Trump is an ‘Unindicted Co-Conspirator’: ‘Ample Evidence’ to Indict POTUS (ugh)
Fox News ^ | December 17, 2018 | Ken Meyer

Judge Andrew Napolitano says President Trump could face “doomsday” over the various investigations surrounding him.

The Fox News senior judicial analyst gave an interview earlier on Monday in which, he rebuked Rudy Giuliani for saying that Robert Mueller will never be allowed to interview the president. Hours later, he doubled down when he joined Shepard Smith and said Mueller could end up indicting Trump over his most recent legal blow-ups.

“Last week in a federal direct court here in New York City, a federal judge at the end of Michael Cohen‘s sentencing said the president orchestrated and paid for this crime,” Napolitano said.

“So you’re saying he’s an unindicted co-conspirator,” Smith asked.

“Yes,” Napolitano answered. “There’s ample evidence––this doesn’t require too much analysis––to indict the president, the question is do they want to do it. The DOJ has three opinions in this: two say you can’t indict a sitting president, one says you can, but all three address the problem of ‘what do you do when the statute of limitations is about to expire?’ All three agree in that case you indict in secret, keep it sealed and release it the day he gets out of office.”

As Napolitano continued to remark on Giuliani’s effort to turn the public against investigations into Trump, he argued that Giuliani is actually trying to send a message to Mueller about negotiating terms for an interview with Trump. The goal, Napolitano hypothesized, was to help Trump avoid a subpoena or a grand jury environment where he might walk into trouble.

According to New York Times, Napolitano “has a taste for conspiracy theories”.[20] The Washington Post has described him as a “purveyor of conspiracy theories.”[21]

Napolitano has promoted 9/11 conspiracy theories. In 2010, he said, “it’s hard for me to believe that it came down by itself... I am gratified to see that people across the board are interested. I think twenty years from now, people will look at 9-11 the way we look at the assassination of JFK today. It couldn’t possibly have been done the way the government told us.”[22][23]

Tammy Bruce no longer identifies as a lesbian, though she does say shes bisexual, last I heard. She’s very bright and very conservative, other than bisexuality. She supports Trump, and as a former radical feminist, who saw the light, she has a lot to offer. She needs prayer that she will become a Christian, and start on the road to living a Christian life. Let’s not shoot our wounded.

Mark Stein eviscerated Napolitano during his guest hosting for Rush today.

Napolitano was shown a vanilla envelope filled with photos he could go to prison for.

Good to know Steyn is subbing for Rush, again. I’ll have to start listening, again.

yep....they got to Judge Nappy....sounds like it wasn’t pretty, either.

To me, Steyn was the best he’s ever been today, and that is saying something.

He dropped the witticisms and went straight for the jugular.

Intense and unrelenting, Steyn quickly dispatched the Judge and then laid into Mueller and the justice system that allows a man like Flynn to be destroyed.

This was always the danger of a Michael Cohen plea deal, instead of a Michael Cohen defense to the bitter end.

Cohen’s handling of the money, and other monies - not the buying of silence itself - led to federal tax and other fraud charges, which could have handed Cohen extensive jail sentences. He’s getting off easier because he pled guilty to what was not a crime (not a federal elections crime), which was the only way the deep state could try to get a hook into Trump - if Cohen “is guilty” then Trump must be.

We are here because Cohen knows what he and Trump did in seeking anyone’s silence, broke no law, but rather than getting a lot of jail time on other charges as he holds out on a defense against the federal elections campaign charge, he “cut a deal”.

It’s a “conviction” by a plea deal and not be jury trial with the DOJ having to prove their case against a strong defense.

Cohen in effect is implicating Trump UNECESSARILY to try to save is own ass - pleading guilty to what was not a crime.

Cohen is a confessed liar!

Nothing he says can be presented in court without instructing the jury about this fact.

Hans von Spakovsky, a former two-term member of the Federal Elections Commission, strongly disagrees. he says that no crime was committed, even if Cohen did plead guilty to two of them.

I have no doubt that the NY judge thinks Trump should be indicted. But that proves nothing. Ironically the biggest problem Trump has is that the issue will never be brought before a court that could clear him because you can’t indict a sitting President. If he were indicted though I have no doubt that the judge would throw out the indictment on its face. Paying off Sormy Daniels from personal funds is not a campaign violation. You can bet that if he’d paid with campaign funds Mueller would be arguing it was a personal expense.
