In an effort to demonstrate its "commitment to inclusivity," Washington State University has begun stocking men's restrooms with free menstrual products.
The initiative is one of many focusing on "improving the transgender community experience on campus," and is currently being tested in three restrooms on the Pullman, Wash. campus. The university is in the process of "assessing similar needs" at other WSU campuses to determine which men's rooms will receive new accommodations.
Additional changes include allowing students to choose a name other than their legal name for their student identification card and a new policy requiring all new buildings to have gender-neutral single-user restrooms. Some individuals found the practice of requiring a legal name on student identification cards "alienating" for transgender students who use chosen names.

Go Cougars ... !!
Okay, like the free toothbrush at the dentist, that works great for cleaning gun or car parts, is there any good uses for these free items?
Molotov Cocktail fuses.
Ship those to France.
These must be intended for women transitioning to male, who want to walk the walk in the men’s bathroom.
What would happen if an honest assessment came back and said "Nope, there is zero need for this"?
I always thought it was for men pretending to be women and pretending to have menses. Maybe they could also provide vials of red food coloring so the men could have more realistic pretend periods.
Reality is just not their cup of tea at WSU, now is it?
CC
is there any good uses for these free items?
Oh for goodness sakes
Cease to label lavatories by gender
Make them one person at a time habitable
Who cares what equipment is supplied
If anyone can do their business there
Interesting thing is, Eastern Washington state is FAR more conservative than Western Washington. I guess WSU is a tiny island of wacko weirdness along with Eastern Washington University.
Boyfriends doing favors for their girlfriends is my best guess.
Sounds like a moneysaving move, compared to putting them in the women’s restrooms. Budgets are tight!
This is what we have devolved into. A thousand military bases in most nations of the world & insanity in our cultural life.
No. It’s so they can identify as women. Women have tampons in their restrooms already.
Next fistfight, the boys can stop nosebleeds with these.
Most men would be scared to death. Imagine being locked in a bathroom with a couple PMSing ladies!
Until then....NO SALE!
How did we win the Second World War?
