The Deep State now is publicly baring its fangs at us, laughing at ineffective attempts to hold it accountable for abuse and worse. I hate to be alarmist, but we have police agencies misbehaving and then destroying the evidence and refusing to cooperate with constitutional oversight functions. Just in the last couple of days, we have learned that critical form 302 records were altered months after they were first created regarding the FBI interview upon which General Michael Flynn was prosecuted. And we learned that the Special Counsel's Office of Robert Mueller scrubbed access to the text messages of Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, the texting blabbermouths who revealed the D.S. "insurance policy" in the event Trump won the presidency.
And now we know that the FBI is flouting a congressional subpoena for documents that would explain why it raided the home of a whistleblower in the Uranium One case. (Readers may recall that that case, implicating Secretary Clinton and the Clinton Foundation, was prosecuted by Rod Rosenstein, then the U.S. attorney in Baltimore, and investigated by James Comey's FBI.)

That is a excellent observation and troubling fact. The likely explanation is that the evidence is already in the hands of any who can take action; i.e., there is no reason for any hand-walking and nothing of value to be done by the honorable and disgusted agents, nor do they have the leverage to initiate effective action.
It is easy to imagine what has been delivered to the president via a secure line is an executive summary thoroughly supported by a package of documentation. The goal, of course, would be to supplement the good legal advice he is getting and challenge any bad advice.
Trump is not a prosecutor and some would even argue he is not an accomplished politician, but he is a street-fighter who will address a dispute one way or another.
If the FBI were protecting the whistleblower then why the armed early morning raid?
Why not just a polite knock at the door at a decent hour instead of busting in doors with a damned black clad SWAT team?
Now...
...Now, not so much.

To get onto The Nut-job Conspiracy Theory Ping List you must threaten to report me to the Mods if I don't add you to the list...
“Trump is playing a losing game by not acting as the head of the DOJ, FBI, CIA and is doing nothing. “
Most of ‘our’ corrupt administrative state has been in open rebellion to Trump since he was sworn in. I doubt if anyone is following orders. Most are in #resist #stall and #sabotage mode. He has few options left...calling out the marines is one.
On January 2nd, send in the marines...
I am telling you the man and the dog are definitely working together!
I am Trevor!
“Just wait till Jan 5th or so.”
Well, if he waits too long, there won’t be any evidence left to release.
Time to feed the pigs.

Everyday that justice is delayed and obstructed by the deep state it is going to be harder and harder to take back the country for the citizen without having to resort to military coup or citizen/political rebellion.
Beria is proud.
Does that surprise you?
I've said for a long time that we've passed the point of a political solution. The blind mechanical inertia of the system is all that's holding us together, but it won't last. The utter rot and corruption running rampant in our federal government will worsen to the point where the people are compelled to respond in ways that re-assert their rightful primary authority.
Sadly, we suffer the tyranny that we ourselves allow. It took two and a half centuries for our government to corrode to the point of utter ruin, but here we are at last. Historically, we've come full circle, and must now face the prospect of doing whatever it takes to reset our government to its default settings.
James Madison...
Congress has a jail cell in their basement. They should arrest Wray and put him in solitary till Congress gets everything it wants.
Exactly, very very good point.
Thomas Jefferson (1743-1826)
Jefferson said it best; The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants.

Thanks for the ping. Why is this allowed to continue under the current administration?
