Employees were told at an all staff meeting, which CNN obtained an audio recording of, that they would be paid through the end of the year, and that afterward they would receive severance which would range in scale depending on factors like seniority. To receive severance, however, employees would need to sign a strict non-disclosure and non-disparagement agreement.

The closing of the magazine represents a broader shift in conservative media. Outlets on the right that are critical of Trump have lost influence or changed their tone, while media organizations on the right supportive of the President have flourished.

In 2013 he was (like 85% of both parties) rabidly opposed to war with Syria. Today, he hypocritically blames Obama for NOT going to war in Syria in 2013. He thinks we're idiots. And he's mostly right.
Bye Felicia! :P
Weekly Standard. RINO POS fish wrapper. Now what will we line our Parrot cage with?
Bill Kristol Fred Barnes. Never Trumper Swamp Scum.
yeah RIIIIght
more like a psuedo-conservative shill soap box for the RINO losers Bill Kristol and Fred Barnes
Bush league shills. No use for them anymore now that Bush dynasty is dead
Maybe now Bill Kristol will get his own show on PMSNBC.
“>>A beadle, sometimes spelled bedel, is an official of a church or synagogue who may usher, keep order, make reports, and assist in religious functions; or a minor official who carries out various civil, educational, or ceremonial duties.”
Or a prim schoolmarm who likes cocaine.

Beware of the Trump Curse!:
Rino’s going extinct, that’s good!
George Sr. never liked Reagan or respected him. Reagan wanted Jack Kemp on the ticket but was forced to take Georgie because the ESTABLISHMENT Rino moneymen threatened to not support Ronnie. If you were around during the primaries in 1980 you could see on HW's face a bewilderment as to why the people wanted Reagan but not him.
It was the same look many of those so called Republicans gave Trump in 2016.
No one has been able to catch Ronnie's lightning in a bottle until Trump came along.
The Weekly Standard was NOT conservative. It catered to RINO’s and RINO causes and attacked anyone right of center who did not kiss the establishment ring.
They are not doctrinaire conservatives
They are conservatives bound to always see politic through the prism of racial redress and other issues of bogeyman bigotry
Kristol is a champion of this
And hes an effete snob
Trump Derangement Syndrome is fatal. The trail of carcasses both human and corporate tell the tail. Look at Macron in France. He sleeps under his bed these days instead of on it.
I’m late on the reply: yeah, I agree with you. Look at Drudge even, has somebody gotten to him? The only links he’s posting are the “Trump is in dire trouble, the economy is crashing, boo hoo hoo” stories. Maybe it’s just holiday stress/depression but Drudge has really taken a negative turn like everything good has suddenly turned horrible in two weeks.
