Fox News Judge Napolitano Continues to Trash Trump with Inaccurate ‘Analysis’
Breitbart ^ | 13 Dec 2018 | John Nolte

Posted on 12/13/2018 10:23:31 PM PST by BlackFemaleArmyColonel

Appearing with Shepard Smith on Wednesday, Fox News’s Judge Andrew Napolitano continued his winning streak of being the worst and most dishonest legal analyst on television not named Jeffrey Toobin.

Spewing all kinds of mindless gloom and doom (you can watch the full segment here), while ignoring the all-important mitigating context that proves just how stupid his gloom and doom is, Napolitano painted a dire picture of President Trump as a felon.

After Trump’s former attorney Michael Cohen was sentenced to three years in prison, Smith teed up Napolitano with this: “Prosecutors have told us through these filings that they have evidence that the President committed a felony.”

Naturally, Napolitano heartily agreed:

The felony is paying Michael Cohen to commit a felony. It’s pretty basic. Somebody hires you — A hires B to shoot someone. A is as liable as if he had pulled the trigger. You pay someone to commit a crime, they commit the crime, you are liable, criminally liable for their commission of that crime, as well as they being liable. That’s what the prosecutors told the federal judge.

Keep in mind that this is coming from the same Judge FakeNews who called proven liar Christine Blasey Ford “exceptionally credible” after hearing only a few minutes of her testimony.

But here is the important information the Judge FakeNews is deliberately hiding from Fox viewers…

At worst, at the very worst, this is a campaign finance violation, and even that is a stretch when you are talking about paying off a couple of scheming blackmailers who threatened to ruin your reputation and cause trouble in your family and marriage.

There is nothing illegal about committing adultery, about paying hush money, about caving to blackmail, about hiding all of this from the public and voters. Nothing.

Nolte made one mistake in this article:

“Even the jury in a case involving former presidential candidate John Edwards, who funneled other people’s money through his campaign to hide payments to his mistress, came out deadlocked.”

Not on the count about a campaign finance violation regarding the Bunny Melon payments; it acquitted him on that one, and that’s essentially what PDJT is being sort of charged with.

“Same Judge FakeNews who called proven liar Christine Blasey Ford “exceptionally credible” after hearing only a few minutes of her testimony.”

A former judge should at least realize that a woman with multiple advanced degrees in psychology is probably more capable of presenting a false persona than anybody else.

He wasn’t always that way. He seemed to be a libertarian, and his show was canceled because he was too libertarian. I don’t know what happened to him. Maybe they do have something in him. I think that is the case with John Roberts and why he betrayed us on Obamacare.

He is also a homosexual. He represents the homosexual liberal agenda at every opportunity.

He was on Bret Bair last night. It was all I could do, to sit there and listen to him. How can this guy be a judge.

He basically said that Trump committed felonies, NO DOUBT ABOUT IT, as he put it, and that this would render him susceptible to real impeachment hearings, and who knows the outcome.

Forget and of the facts, that Bair actually produced, the most compelling was a two or three paragraph response by an authority on the subject OF CAMPAIGN FINANCE LAWS, who clearly showed how Trump was not liable for what his attorney did, who did NOT COMMITT A CAMPAIGN FINANCE crime, and who did less than what John Edwards was accused of, and who was acquitted.

Then the ole midget judge, (do you notice his feet don’t even touch the floor), says, “Oh contrar” that Trump may not have violated campaign finance but he’s opened a Pandora’s box, that NY prosecutors will have a field day with.

I find the man depressing, usually, and I’ve been counting, usually wrong in his analysis.

Napolitano is a joke!

He used to pretend to be a libertarian, suspicious of govt prosecutors type of guy.
But with Trump he is total 180.

Don’t know how anyone can take him seriously. Other than maybe doughboy Stirewalt.

Napolitano has went more to the left since his “partner” died a few years ago. Must have must have been a big time leftist.

“Napolitano’s longtime friend James C. Sheil died on March 19, 2013.[39] In the Acknowledgements section of his book Suicide Pact: The Radical Expansion of Presidential Powers and the Lethal Threat to American Liberty, Napolitano states: “... my happy dreams turned dark last year when Jim Sheil, my alter ego to whose memory this book is dedicated, died suddenly on March 19th 2013, as we were working on this book. Jim and I shared much of our lives with each other......”

If people didn’t watch Shepard Smith, then we wouldn’t know about this. You have to look at the root cause.

As Rush pointed out, Nap made a HUGE error yesterday saying that Cohen’s judge ruled on the crime. He did no such thing. He accepted a plea. If an idiot wants to plea to something, and is even remotely dirty, a judge has to take it.

^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

This same crooked reasoning was used to destroy Arthur Andersen & Co.

A Houston Partner was intimidated into a guilty plea (related to Enron) by one of Mueller's angry democrats. Then the theory was used that since Andersen was a Partnership, the whole firm was guilty.

By SEC regulations, being convicted of a Securities violation meant Andersen was NO LONGER ALLOWED TO PARTICIPATE in PUBLIC ACCOUNTING>

It was the DEATH PENALTY, without a trial.

Yep. They knew which button to push.

A call was made or an “encounter” with someone who told him the way things are going to be.
