Wrote 302s seven months later?!
“Wrote 302s seven months later?!” When I was in the VA I was part of a couple of internal investigations. We did not have 302s, but I did keep precise records of everything day by day.
I wrote my findings to my boss via email so there would be an absolute record for him and I on a daily basis.
302s seven months after the fact are garbage and most likely lies.
I thought the whole point of a 302 was that it provided a contemporaneous account, written when everything was fresh in memory.
I guess the real, original 302s didn't say what the FBI wanted them to say.
Yeah, obviously to craft the proper pieces for the right story. But then, it is the FBI and they are organized crime experts...
