Judge Sullivan, who is assigned to General Flynn’s case is demanding to see the FBI summary 302 report about the ambush Flynn interview according to a new court filing.

Counterintelligence agent Peter Strzok showed up to the White House on January 24th, 2017 along with Special Agent Joe Pientka to interview General Flynn; the meeting was arranged by former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.

Flynn was told not have his lawyer with him and soon after the FBI agents began to question him he realized he was being ambushed over his phone calls to Russian Ambassador Kislyak.

The FBI agents who ambushed General Flynn on January 24th, 2017 didn’t write their 302 reports on their interview until 7 months later on August 22nd — this is also AFTER Rosenstein wrote his August 2nd memo expanding Mueller’s scope.

Our “success” with the Turks as allies have been very questionable over the last decades. Even more so at late.

We should be working our exit strategery.

If anyone is likely to deliver the justice that we are looking for, it’s Sullivan. So that is in Flynn’s favor. I just wouldn’t get my hopes up.

In the Legal System, one rarely receives more Justice than one has paid for.

302s are the exclusive record need to be struck down as unconstitutional.

The Daze of JEdger have long passed.

Prosecutorial immunity needs to be severely pruned too.

I’m not a fan of Turkey. Always thought the Germans and then Europe were making a big mistake by immigrating them into their lands. Islam will always be the enemy of the West, it’s in its basic nature. But we aren’t going to boot them out of NATO as long as there is hope that Erdogan is the problem and at some point he will be gone. I don’t think it’s limited to Erdogan, and he’s liable to break with NATO anyway. But in any case there was nothing untoward about Flynn working for a NATO ally.

Well there is a glimmer of hope with Sullivan, he seems to have some honor. But he’s still part of a system that too rarely seems interested in dispensing justice.

I don't have the highest hopes, but this is very promising:

[2009] Judge Emmet Sullivan rips federal prosecutors for misconduct:

"A federal judge on Tuesday set aside the conviction of Republican former Sen. Ted Stevens while excoriating the case's prosecutors."

"District Judge Emmet Sullivan also appointed an independent, nongovernment attorney, Henry Schuelke III, to investigate possible misconduct by the government lawyers who prosecuted the 85-year-old former senator from Alaska."

""In nearly 25 years on the bench, I've never seen anything approaching the mishandling and misconduct that I've seen in this case," Sullivan said."

I disagree with putting Turkey on an even footing with other NATO Allies.

Perhaps if a Kurdistan is chopped off of SE Turkey [including the US airbase there], some Islamic “Country” could be included in NATO, but always on a contingent basis.

I certainly hope for the best and acknowledge that there are likely many decent Fed Judges, just not so many in the 9th or appointed by [Roberts lovin’] 0bama.

And that horse’s ass Obama. He’s in this up to his eyeballs.

Absolutely.

He was the head of the fish, and the fish rots from the head down, according to the 'Rat candidate who lost to the late #41.

Did ryan and mcconnell have complete control over everything that could be voted on or accomplished in both house and senate? Are all hands of all the rest of congress tied shut, and nothing can be done if ryan and mcconnell does not allow it?

Surely this is not the whole truth on getting things done.

Trump has spurred some in congress to wake up... not enough yet.

One of the reasons I voted for Trump was he didn’t waste time .. he works in a hurry. Washington takes forever.

“I disagree with putting Turkey on an even footing with other NATO Allies.”

It was put there in 1951. It would have to be taken off that footing to change things, and there are multiple parties to that treaty.

It’s a basic rule of the FBI that 302 be written up in a timely fashion

For there to have been a 7 month delay on of two things must have happened.

Either the agents in charge were instructed by higher ups to hold off on drafting the 302 to allow for ability to alter facts as needed to frame Gen Flynn or there was a 302 written at the time and the original was destroyed and McCabe caused the 302 to be re written to frame Gen Flynn with false, fabricated information

______

That was then, this is now

What they did to Flynn and what they are trying to do to President Trump is much worse

Corker, Flake, Ryan, who knows how many conspirators were GOPelite? McLame certainly was in on the coup. This is why the GOP doesn’t seem to care. They had Watergate 2.0 handed to them on a platter but they failed to take advantage because NeverTrumpers committed Treason, too.

No kidding. The point is that Judge Sullivan has seen through prosecutorial b.s. in at least one major prior case, also one that was very “political”....

So that raises at least some hopes that he will take a similarly strong stance against what Mueller & co. have been doing to Flynn.

If Judge Sullivan would toss out the plea bargain and toss out the entire case, with a strong statement on prosecutorial misconduct, that could be the starting point for serious push-back against Mueller, the MSM, Demoncraps, and RINOs.
