“Its unclear how much individual consumers would be asked to pay their wireless carrier for texting services under the proposal. But it likely would be billed as a flat surcharge per customer one of those irksome fees at the bottom of your wireless bill not a fee per text.”
Sounds like a general phone tax that cannot be escaped whether you text or not.
I get a little tired of the charge California expats are the ones screwing up other states.
I’m not convinced that middle class (California) movers are doing what you’re thinking they are.
Colorado has had a major shift in demographics, and the takers are the ones who are voting to give themselves more, and vote in the people who will give them more.
Those takers are the real ones who have destroyed California. And look who the Democrats are trying to flood the nation with.
There’s the clue.
Our open borders is destroying this nation.
California middle class folks moving out are generally Conservative and support themselves.
If they were Leftists, they’d stay.
So let it be written, so let it be done.
And CA is done.
Good, maybe every person in California should be charged $ 10,000 per letter typed in every text of every day. The good people will leave California and liberals will have their utopia and they can print their own money and leave the Union. After all it is what the majority wants
