Time has selected The Guardians a group of imprisoned and killed journalists as the magazines Person of the Year for 2018.
Washington Post columnist Jamal Khashoggi, who was murdered inside the Saudi Arabian consulate in Istanbul, Turkey, in October, will appear on one of four Time Person of the Year covers.

Another manifestation of journalist’s “hero complex.” Many of them feel they are on par with members of the military.
Time used to make good choices for the “Man of the Year” until ten years ago or so, since then their choices have been whacky.

I don’t know why everyone makes a big deal of it anymore.
No one really reads Time anymore. Its circulation are freebies to doctors and dentists offices.
But, if you want a laugh, look up Time magazine in Wikipedia. In one breath it says it is the number one read weekly with 26 million readers, then in the next sentence, says its circulation is 2 million.
Sure glad Wikipedia doesn’t have any bias and is fair to all, just like Google, Twitter and Facebook!
