The major takeaway from the 40-page sentencing memorandum filed by federal prosecutors Friday for Michael Cohen, President Trump’s former personal attorney, is this: The president is very likely to be indicted on a charge of violating federal campaign finance laws.
It has been obvious for some time that President Trump is the principal subject of the investigation still being conducted by the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York.
Cohen earlier pleaded guilty to multiple counts of business and tax fraud, violating campaign finance law, and making false statements to Congress regarding unsuccessful efforts to build a Trump Tower in Moscow.
Yes, Cohen has stated he did the hands-on work in orchestrating hush-money payments to two women who claim to have had sexual liaisons with Trump many years ago (liaisons Trump denies).
But when Cohen pleaded guilty in August, prosecutors induced him to make an extraordinary statement in open court: the payments to the women were made “in coordination with and at the direction of” the candidate for federal office – Donald Trump.
Prosecutors would not have done this if the president was not on their radar screen. Indeed, if the president was not implicated, I suspect they would not have prosecuted Cohen for campaign finance violations at all. Those charges had a negligible impact on the jail time Cohen faces, which is driven by the more serious offenses of tax and financial institution fraud, involving millions of dollars. ..."
In marked contrast, though, when it was discovered that Barack Obama’s 2008 presidential campaign was guilty of violations involving nearly $2 million – an amount that dwarfs the $280,000 in Cohen’s case – the Obama Justice Department decided not to prosecute. Mark Levin is right, if we are talking about sane coherent judges and DOJ, executing the law as the Constitution spells out.
We are not.
Federal judges already routinely, and in clear violation of the law, intervene to stop President Trump pertaining to many clear-cut, constitutionally defined executive branch responsibilities. And they do it to allow many other laws to be continually violated, including with immigration. Their motives and goals are clearly to destroy and replace the Constitution.
They are not afraid at all to make illegal rulings, just to score political points, even when they are regularly placing themselves in authority OVER the POTUS, or executive branch.
It is now common place, even when the SCOTUS rules these lower judges are flagrantly wrong, and literally breaking the law!
It is also now commonplace for the DOJ to routinely break the law, by committing “Subornation of Perjury”, (this is illegal, and now routine SOP against a conservative political adversary), and for the DOJ to regularly blow off their Congressional authority. The DOJ and FBI now routinely blow off Congress with impunity, and thereby demonstrate they are now the Superior of Congress.
We are now living in a time, when there are no moral boundaries or codes which will not be violated by ellected and appointed government officials, and 40+ percent of the population. They are at all out war with any and all who espouse moral boundaries, and who love America and liberty. And they would physically kill those who espouse moral boundaries if they could get away with it. They already do, where the perversion of law allows, or they can get away with it.
It would be foolish to expect those who are at war with morality, who routinely attack our Constitution, and seek the elimination of a free America, and who seek our subjugation to a sovereign global socialist government, to adhere to any US Constitutional Law.
It is actually likely, SCOTUS is going to be dragged into this, precisely because the left loves and is seeking the chaos Marx called for **to overwhelm and destroy the parliamentary system of governance liberty! The anti-American left intends precisely to create chaos! Levin is probably correct that indictments will be thrown out, as they are both fraudulant (legally baseless), as well as in defiance of executive authority.
However, chaos and anarchy, and political sound bites, are foundational to their continued strategy of anti-American and pro global socialist indoctrination, designed to subjugate and enslave our nation and children!
Fraudulant indictments are nothing to the left, who will gladly hand thwm out to help destroy our liberty and country.

When President Bush was running for his second term, against the Chinese funded Clinton/Gore campaign, a left-wing federal judge was involved in issuing multiple indictments against Bush’s staff. After Bush lost the three-way race to the Chinese financed Clinton/Gore machine, one by one, in almost every instance, the indictments were thrown out quickly, as being baseless.

I can only guess that Cohen falsely pleaded guilty to federal campaign finance law violations over the payments to Stormy Daniels, as the hook the Manhattan DA held out, for a lighter sentence on all charges, because the Manhattan DA was trying to get a legal hook on Trump, that he could either use himself or turn over to Mueller.
Regardless of Cohen’s plea to something that was in fact not illegal, Trump’s lawyers will not have a hard time defending him over charges Cohen had no actual legal guilt over.
1. It is not illegal to make payments for silence over matters that were not illegal in the first place. Protecting one’s “public reputation” over non-illegalities is not illegal. 2. The funds were not “campaign funds” but Trumps own. 3. Those two facts together make the matter NOT a breach of campaign finance laws.
Then Rome may burn. They will push their luck. If the protests get crazy in the EU then it is customary for the USA to go bigger and better. Lol.
That is what the DeepState is counting on. Anyone else would have caved already. It will be intersting to see what Trump does. I suspect he is going scorched earth because he will figure they will go after his family anyway. That would be the smart play.

You need a couple simple demographic things for there to be a civil war, the first is a disproportionate number of people under the age of 35. Under 35s need to outnumber over 35s pretty substantially.
The second thing you need is massive (20% or worse) unemployment.
Without those two things you don’t get sustained violence because everyone has to go to work on Monday to pay their bills,

The Cold Civil War has been going on for awhile. Wars don’t happen as you state they just happen as events fuel one another.
