.
There are many “cultural Christians” who do not yet understand the idolatrous and occult nature of christmas - or do not wish to understand.

December 25 has been the day that new born babies are placed into the red hot arms of an Iron idol of Moleck standing in a bonfire for 3000 years or more.

Yeshua was not born on December 25!

I think Jesus was probably born on Oct 31st. What better way to desecrate the day. Celebrate death instead of life. I hate holloween. I hate santa and the easter bunny. Paganism.

“Yeshua was not born on December 25!”

What about his birth being in April, 2 days after Passover?

It’s a long trip from Nazareth; they’d have to go via a caravan for safety and it would be a major undertaking.

They’d probably go to Jerusalem for Passover and then head down to Bethlehem to pay taxes and register for the Census.

The shepherds were in the fields with their flocks which would be in the Spring. In the December timeframe the flocks would have been in their pens heating hay.

Just a thought........

I am aware that December 25th is not the birthday of the Creator’s only begotten Son. Nor do I weep for Tammuz.

Correct, he wasn’t born in December at all. For one the shepherds wouldn’t have been in the fields with their flocks in the cold.

But IIRC there’s something interesting that may have come out of use of the program Starry Night relative to a strong candidate for what was the Star of Bethlehem. As I recall from the presentation the date, by our current calendar, on which what might have been the star “stopped” over Bethlehem (Jupiter reaching the point at which it entered retrograde) as one left Jerusalem would have been on the day in question. Again, months after the sign first appeared and when the family was already living in a house.
