We now have the first acknowledgment from their side that the Clintons vastly overestimated their personal popularity and the public’s interest in hearing them talk about themselves.
The Clintons and their stadium tour promoter are officially responding to the public’s refusal to show up in sufficient numbers for them to avoid embarrassment (and financial loss) at the level of ticket prices that seemed realistic when the tour was announced only two months ago. The UK Daily Mail noticed this offer on Groupon:

The reason GHW Bush was so popular is because he went away. He did a fine job of being a former president, including mentoring young people who wanted to go into politics(through the school at his library). He only appeared publically and only when needed.

There is no interest even among liberals over Hillary becoming President.
She’s as popular as the Typhoid Mary. People just want the Clintons to go away and leave them alone.

Their time has come and gone. Like true grifters they force their unwanted attention on others because its the only thing they know how to do well.
No one is buying their carny show act and they’re completely irrelevant. They offer nothing people want to buy.

Rent a big stadium, offer a free concert by a very big name band, fill the stadium with the free loaders, then have the candidate come out to speak and let the photo op begin. Of course, the press never mentioned the big name band and told people the masses came out to hear Obama.
I guess with the Clintons, the money must only flow one-way, to them.

No one is coming to hear fhem even with the promotional discounts. The Clintons aren’t a hot property, period.

Absolutely, especially the Dems. The problem is that the Clinton Crime Machine still has deep hooks into the DNC and isn't letting go, and DNC Chairman Tom Perez isn't exactly facilitating a breakaway. And for some unfathomable reason she's still a media darling, that clown car apparently more intent on a 2016 do-over than progressive change and still smarting from that spanking. Talk of changing the DNC rules to prevent control of the super-delegates from dominating the convention has come to nothing; that would, after all, constitute a loosening of DNC power and the big donors aren't happy with that.
And we've already seen what happens when progressive enthusiasm runs up against entrenched power when all the intentions of bypassing Nancy Pelosi for the Speaker slot disappeared like dust in the wind. Money talks, and we know what walks.
Another thing Trump does better than Hilly. And that’s what hurts Heeheeeheeeee....

Maybe people figure nothing new will be said? Hillary will give us excuses for losing the election, bash Trump etc.

Maybe it’s time the Clintons paid for the public’s attention they used to charge for. The only place I’d ever go see them is if they were both in prison. And that would be just to verify that they are actually behind bars.
Democrats aren’t going to clear the field for her and she got away with it last time because the deck was stacked in her favor.
That isn’t going to happen in 2020 and she is the past. Her holiday tour revealed that in spades.
Yeah, she would be the Deep State’s preferred candidate but a lot of things would have to break her way to get a grudge rematch in 2020.
