Michael Cohen, President Trump’s former lawyer, should receive a “substantial” prison term of roughly four years, despite his cooperation, federal prosecutors in New York said on Friday.
Mr. Cohen, 52, is to be sentenced in Manhattan next week for two separate guilty pleas: one for campaign finance violations and financial crimes charged by federal prosecutors in Manhattan, and the other for lying to Congress in the Russia inquiry, filed by the Office of the Special Counsel in Washington.

Joke as you may about layers I’m a voluntarily inactive member of the California Bar Assn, and for any lawyer who tries to act ethically and honestly, this guy committed high treason by betraying a client. His disbarment is just a matter of processing the paperwork. Conviction involving moral turpitude is an automatic disbarment

Maybe Cohen purjered himself. The benefit of giving answers in writing like Trump did is that is affords the person answering the opportunity to reach back for documentation to support their testimony
Too bad Cohen is a known liar trying to save his own ass.
Seems to me part of Tillerson’s job was to advise what could and couldn’t be done.
This filing is horrible for Mueller because it makes it look like he thinks Karen MacDougal or Stephanie Clifford are “russian collusion.” They aren’t.
