Ever since we spent a few years in Belgium I have mayonnaise with my fries instead of ketchup. But please don’t hate me for being un-American, or something.

After I married a nice Canadian girl I tried malt vinegar on french fries, and have continued ever since.

Malt Vinegar is great on fried chicken too, seriously.

They serve that with fries at the beach eateries here in Maryland. It’s a great accompaniment.

They put gravy on their fries. I think it's called "poontang."

Malt vinegar is great on fries. Taters being bland by themselves, I like malt vinegar and Heinz catsup on them - the more the better. Now I feel like a 5 Guys meal with a Fanta Cherry pop 🍒

It's good on the fish, too.
