British Prime Minister Theresa May's government has been found in contempt of Parliament for the first time in history in a 311-293 vote in the House of Commons after a refusal to publish its full legal analysis on Brexit.

Andrea Leadsom, leader of the Commons, announced immediately after the vote that the government would publish the complete document.

So hold a vote of no confidence.

Isn’t that how it works?

Labour will win the next election.

Prime Minister Jeremy Corbyn, here we come.

I thought Labour would have a 1980s style wilderness, but it looks like the Tories will have a 1990s/2000s style wilderness.

PM May is finished.

So what. The Brits haven’t been the Brits since Maggie Thatcher was in power.

Nope.

Neville knew Britain wasn’t ready for war in 1938, he bought Britain time.

By today's sorry standards, Chamberlain was a gentlemen of the world's highest order. Don't forget that it took him less than a year after Munich to figure out he'd been had. As soon as the war went south, he resigned to make way for Churchill and kept his piehole shut forever thereafter.

Wouldn't it be nice if BO would do the same? He STILL thinks he is one of our greatest presidents.

This sounds what like happened in Canada when their Conservative Party shot itself in both feet, and the ass.

While the BEF was retreating at Dunkirk, Chamberlain was Petitioning Hitler via Itay to reach a peaceful settlement.

Churchill was PM at the time, but Chamberlain, kerry like, continued his traitorous ways

So what does this really mean or is it just a PR slap at May before the Brexit vote?

May is stupid. Full stop.

How she got to power is anybody’s guess.

Chamberlain was forced to resign and stuck around to see if could manage to get Britain to make a deal with Germany.

Chamberlain was one of the reasons they weren’t ready for war and when the war did begin, he refused to act aggressively against the Germans, hoping a peace might still negotiated.

The Cameron wing anointed her as PM.

Boris, sadly is seen as Trump-like, and the British media there calls him the “Trump of Britain”. He is seen as a carnival barker. Sorry, but that is how the medias in US and UK view Trump and Johnson.

The vast majority of British people didn’t want war.

They almost ran Churchill out in 1934, because he dared to suggest that Hitler was a bad guy.

Probably the same way it happens here - Tories needed a girl so they would not look “mean” to the moderates.

Neville knew Britain wasn’t ready for war in 1938, he bought Britain time.

I think he was naive and actually trusted Hitler to keep his word. So did Stalin. But his actions did have the indirect effect of giving Britain time to prep, so that was a benefit.
