Special counsel Robert Mueller’s prosecutors have told defense lawyers in recent weeks that they are “tying up loose ends” in their investigation, providing the clearest clues yet that the long-running probe into Russia’s interference in the 2016 election may be coming to its climax, potentially in the next few weeks, according to multiple sources close to the matter.
The new information about the state of Mueller’s investigation comes during a pivotal week when the special counsel’s prosecutors are planning to file memos about three of their most high profile defendants — former Trump national security adviser Michael Flynn, former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort and former Trump personal lawyer Michael Cohen.

There will be nothing criminal or significant in the report against Trump.
Mueller will be trying to get Trump to go easy on him. Mueller is the guy most in danger presently.

With Acting AG Whitaker in charge, and presumably unrecused, it would be up to him to allow Mueller to continue on an endless fishing trip, or to hold him accountable to objective standards.
My guess is that Whitaker has revoked Mueller’s carte blanche.
This was never a criminal investigation. It is a conclusion long ago reached in search of justification. And any ole justification will do.
Its goal was for the Deep State to get Trump. Trump fired Saint Comey!!! How dare he, the little ole President of the U.S., believe that he somehow has authority over the permanent government. How dare he dare to win the Presidency in the first place. How dare he not tow the leftist line!!! Everyone who is anyone knows that not towing the leftist line is criminal.
So now Mueller has cobbled together the best Trump Colluded Story he can and he will present it. In truth, it doesn’t even have to be plausible. Whatever he comes up with the media and democrat party will run with it. The fake dossier won’t matter, nothing will matter.
You can see the technique Mueller and his thugs have used to get the story he will present:
-Investigate scenarios and float trial balloons through leaks to the press.
-Select a script for this made for Deep State production.
-Gestapo witnesses to advance whatever story you TELL them to advance.
-Present the story.
That story will be collusion, make no mistake about it. Oh, it won’t be real collusion, of course. It will be labelling something like making a joke about Hillary’s lost e-mails or doing business with Russia or something along those lines as being collusion.
We will all say, “what!?!? He just invented a crime and labelled something that everyone does as collusion.”
It won’t matter one wit. This is what the left does. They take conduct that is normally acceptable and make it into conduct that is criminal. In effect, they. make the opposition criminal by their very existence. Now, gathering opposition research on a political opponent will be labelled as “collusion.” How dare a Republican actually believe they have the right to campaign and win!!!

Its not up to Mueller what the FNM gets to see; that will be Whitacker’s decision.
I am well aware of the reporting arrangement. What I am saying is there is no chance it will end there, no matter what Whittaker thinks. For all the leaking there has been to date, do you really think anything that could be used against anyone even remotely associated with Trump will be kept under wraps for long? No way.
Fortunately, with all the leaking, we can be very confident that nothing exists that will really hurt POTUS Trump directly. However, the Mueller report and the MSM/Democraps will work energetically to portray a propagandistic “culture of corruption” narrative.
How many times have we heard this? The investigation will go on for another 2 years.
I am highly skeptical that Whitaker is any change whatsoever from the Swampish Sessions.

Riiiight, and Mueller has to limit the scope of his investigation, too.
He also has to ensure there are no leaks to the media and that the investigators he hires are impartial.
Must be why an article on the MSN newsfeed tonight is about how “experts” are saying Trumps tweets “clearly cross the lines on tampering”

He will toe the mark, and be hoping for lenience from Trump.

Whitacker is presently the acting Attorney General, the only person to whom any council can report.

Rofl, there is not the slightest reason to think that “Mueller is presently under investigation for treason.” But continue to float along in the fantasy bubble.
I would laugh my ass off if Mueller files it and Whitaker just tosses it in the trash.
