A woman trying to help what she thought was a needy mother and her baby has been fatally stabbed in Baltimore.
The good Samaritan was identified by police as 52-year-old Jacquelyn Smith, who was riding in a car with relatives Saturday when they saw a woman carrying what appeared to be a baby.
The woman was holding a sign that read, "Please Help me feed my Baby."

Yes, the victim was a black lady who lived in Aberdeen twenty or so miles north of Baltimore. According to reports, she was driving relatives back home to the city when she was murdered. I hope the perps die very soon quickly and painfully so that we local taxpayers don’t have to swing for the public defenders and all that other fluff. Prayers to the family of the deceased.
She learned the hard way. Others can benefit from her experience.
That is really really sad.
Sure enough an hour or so later we saw them again and the child was walking just fine.
Oh wait...Mayor Pugh expressed sorrow. Now, isn’t that better. All is well. Please move along. Otherwise you are a RACISSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS....
There wasn’t any when I looked but I have had that happen too.
I was considering a stay in Charm City in 2 weekds. Once again, I have decided against it.
”while crime is trending down”?!
I don’t think so. It’s Baltimore.
I passed a woman all the time on 21st in Manhattan. She was “homeless and pregnant” for about three years.
Nice ad for the Chamber of Commerce.
Never stop for anyone in BagTown at 12:30AM.
You really shouldn’t be waving a wallet around in front of crack addicts.
Is Baltimore going full-on Detroit?

“The good Samaritan will continue to vote Democrat.”
Maybe, but I bet she won’t hand out money to street people anymore. I think she’s learned her lesson.
I get down to Home Depot about once a week. One gal is really having a string of bad luck - she keeps running out of gas. I see her with her gas can almost every time, wandering around the lot asking for some change so she can fill it up.
I think she must trip and it spills out all the time - no cap on the container.
That entire article, not once did someone have the guts to say “you should not try to hand out money from your car while driving on the street”. I’m pretty sure you are not legally allowed to stop your car in the middle of the street to distribute money, so it would have been nice.
Instead, there are a lot of sad “it’s too bad you can’t give money out of your car without getting attacked”.
Also, if someone is trying to steal your wallet, while you are in a car, and you don’t have control of the car to hit the gas pedal and drive away — just give them your wallet, it isn’t worth dying over.
That work is big business. You can make a lot of money running out of gas.
Forget it, Jake. It’s Ballmer.
I know just what you mean.
