'I don't see anyone who can beat Trump:' Bruce Springsteen believes Trump will win a second term in the White House because the Democrats don't 'have an obvious, effective presidential candidate'
Bruce Springsteen believes that President Donald Trump will win a second term in the White House.
'I don't see anyone out there at the moment... the man who can beat Trump, or the woman who can beat Trump,' the rocker told The Sunday Times Magazine.
Springsteen, who is a long-standing Democrat himself, said the political party doesn't 'have an obvious, effective presidential candidate' who can 'speak the same language' as Trump.
The iconic Born to Run singer went on to talk about the 'life-changing, upsetting occurrences' that have caused division in the United States.
During his interview, Springsteen, who in the past campaigned for former president Barack Obama and presidential candidate, Hillary Clinton, said that there are a lot of reasons people 'became Trump voter.

I’ve just never been moved by Springsteen. A generation trying too hard to be the dramatic underdog.
I think the only way Trump gets stopped is if he gets primaried and loses. The primary winner of course will be some Pubbie stiff that any of the Dem’s second benchers will then defeat. The Dems will split their primary votes in states with OPEN PRIMARY LAWS and vote for the weak Pubbie candidate and that is how I see Trump losing. The Trump loyalists will be split and many of them will batten down their hatches...get ready for high taxes and more moral chaos and drop out of voting all together and just let the country die!

Say what you will about the guy, he seems to have his finger on the pulse of blue collar America.
