Union Pacific is honored to participate in the funeral procession for President George H.W. Bush. The funeral train leaves Union Pacific's Westfield Auto Facility Dec. 6 at 1 p.m. and should arrive at College Station across from Kyle Field at 3:25 p.m. The Westfield Auto Facility is not open to the public.

Enroute to College Station the route will pass through the following communities:

Spring, Hufsmith, Pinehurst, Magnolia, Todd Mission, Stoneham, Navasota, Millican, and Wellborn.

I didn’t say that the death of George H.W. Bush exonerated him from his less than perfect conservative record as the 41st president, now did I????

All I ask is that we show some common decency at the sad time of his death. I REALLY DO NOT THINK THAT IS ASKING TOO MUCH!

AFTER he is buried, if anyone feels the uncontrollable urge to bash him, they can just unload their vitriol to their heart’s content…
