... hikes Macron is imposing thanks to the #ParisAgreement. It's almost like they don't want people to know the truth. cc: @brianstelter
The thing is, oil prices have been falling for more than a month. So why would @CNN report the opposite in regards to the Paris riots? cc: @brianstelter
...Very weirdly written. You cant trust anything CNN reports anymore, always twisted to push their narrative. They even pondered why people werent blaming OPEC or Trump.
...See, the problem here is that everyone still thinks this is about gas taxes.. No MSM will report on it because they're protesting Macron's globalist agenda.

It’s not just the gas tax. It seems they are trying to kill car ownership by harassing them relentlessly. (Sorry for the weird formatting.

” For the past four to five months, the French government has done nothing but double down on bringing more and more gratuitous oppression and more and more unwarranted persecution measures down on the necks the nation’s drivers and motorcycle riders.
In fact, the imposition of ever harsher rules has been going on for the past decade and a half or so whether the government was on the right or on the left /
/ What has been most irksome for les Français since the turn of the century has been the ubiquitous radars, which, like red-light cameras in the United States, are accused of having (far) more to do with bringing revenue to the state than with road safety.
And just like the arms industry in the Soviet Union, if there was one area of France where the technology was always moving forward, it was the radar business.
Over the years, the radars have become evermore stealthy and insidious. / What has happened since shows the Deep State at work in Europe just as much as, if not more than, in North America and this leftist statism is the kind of news that has been ignored by the mainstream media, in France itself as much as abroad. /
WE ARE NOT MILCH COWS!
Shame again in hiding pertinent news.....BTW here in Japan they are covering the story wall to wall.
Pics of damage to statues & the gift shop within the Arc de Triomphe
Parisians are rioting due to the predictable effects of the Paris Climate Accords.
The German general in command of Paris in August 1944 defied Hitlers order to set fire to the city. Probably saved himself from a noose at Nuremberg.
sad art is that there are still people thinking that CNN tells them the news.
people were encouraged to buy diesel cars - allegedly because they were better for the environment.
now they are being taxed more and more (increases on gasoline & diesel are imposed regularly), allegedly so France can meet the Paris climate targets.
farmers, fishermen & others who have trucks, tractors, etc., are being hurt the most.
FakeNewsMSM is only showing Paris/violence/agents provacteurs.
this was apparently in the town of Pau on 30 Nov.

Weird how @CNN goes out of its way to avoid reporting that #ParisIsBurning because of gas tax...
Not weird...stupid. Really doesnt matter as everyone with half a brain knows, cnn is totally bias, unreliable, fake news.
The up-trend on the gas tax was just the minor player....it was the massive up-trend on the diesel tax (roughly 29 cents a gallon) that did the real trick. Also, France has the highest number of diesel cars in Europe (over 70-percent)....so the majority of people were affected.
Add to it....freight delivery vehicles were mostly all diesel-run as well. So your groceries will be going up as well.
I do agree...ANTIFA got into this but they just like any demonstration...even if it were over peas and carrots.
Suddenly, I have this urge to go see “Les Miserables.”
